                    Subpart B_Pre-Award Requirements
 
Sec. 31.13  Principal environmental statutory provisions applicable 
to EPA assistance awards.

    Grantees shall comply with all applicable Federal laws including:
    (a) Sec. ion 306 of the Clean Air Act, (42 U.S.C. 7606).
    (b) Sec. ion 508 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as 
amended, (33 U.S.C. 1368).
    (c) Sec. ion 1424(e) of the Safe Drinking Water Act, (42 U.S.C. 300h-
3(e)).
